1. Who can use the service?

You may use LatamProxies if you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and legally able to enter a contract. If you use the service for a company, you confirm that you can bind that company to these terms. You may not use the service if you are a sanctioned person, or on behalf of one, or if applicable sanctions law forbids us from serving you.

2. How do accounts work?

When you sign up, we generate an account number. It is your login. Adding an email address is optional. We do not ask for identity documents to open an account or buy a plan.

You are responsible for keeping your account number, proxy username and password secret, and for all activity on your account. If you lose your account number and did not add an email, we may be unable to restore access. If you suspect that someone else knows your account number, write to [email protected] straight away so we can help you secure the account.

3. What does the service include?

Depending on the plan, the service gives you:

  • Residential proxies: traffic billed per GB through IPs from home internet connections in Latin America and the Caribbean, with country and city targeting.
  • Dedicated 4G/5G ports: a mobile connection reserved for you for the plan period (1 day, 7 days or 30 days), with unlimited traffic (fair use, no daily GB cap). Dedicated ports depend on live modem stock per carrier; the dashboard shows free ports before you pay.
  • Rotating 4G/5G traffic: mobile traffic billed per GB.

The IPs come from established partner networks. Availability of a specific country, city, carrier or IP can change over time. We do not guarantee that any given website will accept our IPs.

4. How do prices and payment work?

Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page. You pay in one of the accepted cryptocurrencies: USDT (TRC-20, ERC-20), BTC, USDC (ERC-20), ETH, LTC or SOL. The checkout shows the exact amount, network and address.

  • You must send the exact amount on the network shown. Funds sent on the wrong network or to an old invoice address may be lost; we will help where technically possible but cannot guarantee recovery.
  • If you pay less than the invoice amount, the plan is not delivered until the difference is paid. Contact support to settle it.
  • Network fees of your payment are paid by you.
  • The plan is delivered once the payment reaches the required number of confirmations.

We may change prices at any time. A change does not affect plans already paid.

5. How long do plans and traffic last?

Residential and rotating mobile traffic stays valid for 90 days from purchase. Traffic not used within that period expires and is not refunded. Dedicated 4G/5G ports run for the period you bought and stop at its end unless you renew. Plan details, including size and duration, are shown at checkout and in your dashboard.

6. What rules apply to my use?

Your use must follow the Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these terms. It blocks bank, government and payment-portal targets and outgoing SMTP, and it forbids fraud, account abuse, spam and attacks. You are responsible for all traffic sent through your account.

If you collect personal data through the service, you are the controller of that data. You must comply with the data protection laws that apply, such as Brazil's LGPD or Mexico's LFPDPPP.

7. Can my account be suspended or closed?

Yes. We may suspend or close an account, with or without notice, if:

  • it breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy;
  • we receive a credible abuse report that we need to investigate;
  • we are required to by law or by a competent authority;
  • its use puts the network, our partners or other customers at risk.

When an account is closed for a violation, unused traffic and port time are not refunded. You may close your account at any time by writing to [email protected].

8. When can I get a refund?

Refunds follow the refund policy. In short: unused traffic is refundable within 72 hours of purchase if the proxies do not work for your target and support cannot fix it. Used traffic, expired traffic and accounts closed for abuse are not refunded.

9. What do we guarantee?

We work to keep the service available and fast, but we provide it as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that a specific IP, city or carrier will be available, or that a target website will accept your requests. Planned maintenance and upstream network issues can cause interruptions.

10. What is the limit of our liability?

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event that caused the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost data, lost business or the consequences of a target website blocking you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the applicable law.

11. Who is responsible for claims caused by my use?

You agree to compensate LatamProxies and ProxyGoat LLC for claims, fines and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that result from your breach of these terms, of the Acceptable Use Policy or of the law, or from traffic sent through your account.

12. How is my data handled?

Our privacy policy explains what we collect and for how long. We keep data to a minimum: account number, optional email, payment transaction hashes and the service records needed to bill, secure and support the service.

13. Can these terms change?

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Material changes apply from the date of publication; if you keep using the service after that date, you accept the new version. If you do not accept a change, stop using the service and contact us about any unused balance under the refund policy.

14. Which law applies?

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes go to the courts of the State of Delaware, USA, unless mandatory consumer protection law where you live gives you other rights. Before any formal claim, please write to [email protected] so we can try to solve the problem.

15. How do I contact the operator?

Questions about the terms

Do the terms require identity verification?

No. You open an account with an account number, and email is optional. We do not ask for an ID, a selfie or documents to buy a plan. We may ask you to explain your use case when we investigate an abuse report about your account, as described in the Acceptable Use Policy.

What happens if I send the wrong crypto amount?

If you pay less than the invoice, the plan is delivered once the difference is paid. If you pay more, contact support with the amount and date of the top-up. Funds sent on the wrong network may be lost; we help where technically possible but cannot guarantee recovery.

How long can I use the traffic I buy?

Residential and rotating mobile traffic stays valid for 90 days from purchase. Traffic not used within that period expires and is not refunded. Dedicated 4G/5G ports run for the period you bought (1 day, 7 days or 30 days) and stop at its end unless renewed.

Can LatamProxies close my account?

Yes, if the account breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if the law requires it, or if its use puts the network at risk. Accounts closed for a violation are not refunded. You can also close your own account at any time by email.

Who operates LatamProxies?

Am I responsible for the data I collect?
