Summary. LatamProxies collects as little personal data as it can. To run your account we keep three things: an account number, an email address only if you choose to add one, and the transaction hash of each crypto payment. We never ask for an ID document, a selfie, a phone number or a home address. No KYC — no ID, no selfie, no documents. Pay in crypto. The gateway keeps limited service records for billing, security and abuse handling, for the periods listed in the retention table below. We do not sell data and do not use advertising trackers.

The controller of this data is ProxyGoat LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (United States) ("LatamProxies", "we"). Contact for privacy questions: [email protected].

What personal data do we collect?

We collect only what we need to provide, bill and secure the service:

  • Account number. Generated at sign-up and used as your login. It is not linked to your real name.
  • Email address (optional). Only if you add it, for receipts, important notices and account recovery.
  • Payment records. For each order: plan, amount, coin, network, receiving address and transaction hash. Public blockchains show the sending address and amount to everyone; we do not ask who owns it.
  • Service records. Traffic volume per account, plan balance, connection timestamps, the gateway port used and the target host name when a request is blocked or reported as abuse. We do not store the content of pages you load. For HTTPS traffic, the content is encrypted between your client and the target website.
  • Support messages. The emails you send to [email protected] or [email protected].
  • Website and dashboard data. Session cookies needed for login and checkout, and basic technical logs (IP address, browser type) kept for security.

We never collect identity documents, selfies, phone numbers, postal addresses or card details.

Why do we use this data?

We use your data only to:

  • create and run your account and deliver your plan;
  • confirm payments and keep accounting records;
  • measure your traffic balance and port time;
  • enforce the Acceptable Use Policy, block forbidden targets and investigate abuse reports;
  • answer support requests and process refunds;
  • meet legal obligations.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling or resale.

How long do we keep each type of data?

We keep each type of data only as long as needed for the purpose above.

Data under a valid legal hold is kept until the hold ends.

Who do we share data with?

We share data only when needed to run the service or when the law requires it:

  • Infrastructure providers that host our website, dashboard and gateway, under confidentiality obligations.
  • Network partners that carry proxy traffic. They process connection data under their own policies and our agreements with them.
  • Payment processing tools that detect and confirm crypto payments.
  • Competent authorities, only on a valid legal request, as described in the Acceptable Use Policy.

We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not share it with advertisers.

What are my rights?

You can ask us to:

  • give you a copy of the data linked to your account;
  • correct your email address;
  • delete your account and its data, except records we must keep by law;
  • stop sending you non-essential emails.

Write to [email protected] from the email on file, or include the exact amount and date of your top-up (never your account number). We answer within the time the applicable law sets. Data protection laws in Latin America, such as Brazil's LGPD (Lei 13.709/2018) or Mexico's LFPDPPP of 2025, give people similar rights. We apply the same rights to every customer, whatever the country. Some data cannot be deleted by anyone, such as a transaction recorded on a public blockchain.

What about the data I collect with the proxies?

We do not decide what you collect. If you collect personal data through LatamProxies, you are its controller and must comply with the laws that apply to you and to the people concerned, such as the LGPD in Brazil or the LFPDPPP in Mexico. Public visibility of data does not remove these obligations. Most customers collect non-personal data, such as prices, listings and search results.

Where is data stored, and how is it protected?

Data is stored with hosting providers under contract with ProxyGoat LLC. We protect it with encryption in transit and access limited to the people who need it to run the service. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we will notify you where we have a way to reach you and where the law requires it.

Do you use cookies?

The website and dashboard use only the cookies needed for login, language choice and checkout. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Website statistics, if any, are aggregated and never tied to your account.

Can this policy change?

Yes. When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of the page. If a change reduces your rights, we will announce it on the website and, if you added an email, by email.

Privacy questions

Does LatamProxies ever ask for an ID or selfie?

No. We never ask for an ID card, a passport, a selfie, a phone number or a postal address. You need only an account number to use the service. Adding an email address is optional. Payment is in crypto, so we never see card or bank details.

Does LatamProxies keep logs?

Yes, limited ones, and we say so. The gateway keeps service records such as traffic volume, connection timestamps and blocked or reported target host names, for the periods in the retention table. We need them for billing, security and abuse handling. We do not store the content of the pages you load.

Can you see what I do through the proxy?

For HTTPS websites, the content is encrypted between your client and the website, so the gateway sees the host name and the amount of data, not the content. We do not store page content. We look at service records only for billing, security and abuse investigations.

Is my crypto payment private?

We record the coin, network, amount and transaction hash of each payment. Public blockchains show sending addresses and amounts to everyone; that is how they work. We do not ask who owns a wallet and do not link payments to identity documents, because we never collect them.

How do I delete my data?

Email [email protected] from the address on file, or include the exact amount and date of your top-up (never your account number), and ask for deletion. We delete the account and its data except records that the law requires us to keep, such as accounting entries. Transactions on a public blockchain cannot be deleted by anyone.

Do LGPD or LFPDPPP apply to LatamProxies?

Depending on where you live, laws such as Brazil's LGPD or Mexico's LFPDPPP may give you rights over your personal data. We apply access, correction and deletion rights to every customer, whatever the country. The law that governs our contract is set out in the terms of service.
