Bright Data's ISP, Datacenter and Web Unlocker products do not require KYC, per its documentation. The KYC rule above applies to its Residential network. 10 GB and 100 GB PAYG totals are derived from the published per-GB rates.
Yes, for new Residential zones. Bright Data's documentation says its Residential proxies "are available only to verified companies that pass a human-reviewed KYC" check, and that the requirement "applies only to new Residential zones created after July 7, 2026". Accounts with a personal email are not eligible for Residential access.
The rule applies to every country, so it covers Brazilian, Mexican and Argentine IPs too. Its ISP, Datacenter and Web Unlocker products do not require KYC, per the same page.
Older articles describe a no-KYC mode for Bright Data residential, and some Spanish-language search results still show them. Bright Data's current documentation, read on 5 October 2026, describes the KYC rule above instead.
LatamProxies has no KYC step at all. You get an account number, pay in crypto and receive credentials as soon as your top-up is credited.
No. Bright Data's pricing FAQ lists PayPal, Payoneer, Alipay, Google Pay, wire transfers and credit cards, plus AWS Marketplace. It does not list any cryptocurrency.
LatamProxies works the other way round: crypto is the only payment method. We accept USDT on TRC-20 and ERC-20, BTC, USDC, ETH, LTC and SOL. USDT is already the largest crypto asset in Brazil's declared operations: R$33.96 billion in June 2026, per Receita Federal open data. Paying in USDT avoids card fees and a second currency conversion.
Both charge one rate for all countries, so Brazil costs the same as Mexico. The difference is the rate.
Bright Data's promotion (code RESIGB50) halves residential prices for 3 months. After that, list prices apply. LatamProxies plans have no promo codes and no subscription. See the pricing page for all tiers.
Bright Data is the better fit in several cases, and we say so plainly:
LatamProxies fits better when you want Latin American residential or 4G/5G mobile IPs quickly, without company verification, paid in USDT or another coin.
LatamProxies has pages for 38 Latin American and Caribbean countries. Bright Data publishes location pages for Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia and Chile, among many countries worldwide.
Our main markets are Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Chile and Peru. We also list Central America and the Caribbean, such as the Dominican Republic and Costa Rica.
For carrier IPs, LatamProxies sells dedicated 4G/5G ports from $9/day. Bright Data's pricing menu on 5 October 2026 listed only Residential, Datacenter and ISP proxy products.

Usually yes. Change the proxy host to gw.latamproxies.com, the port to 7777 (HTTP) or 7778 (SOCKS5), and the username to our format with -country- and optional -city- and -session- parts. Remove ZIP or ASN parameters, which we do not support.
Yes. LatamProxies sells dedicated 4G/5G ports from $9/day and rotating mobile traffic from $1.50/GB in Latin America. Yes, for legitimate work such as public price monitoring, SEO tracking, ad verification and testing. No KYC means we do not collect ID documents; it does not lift any law or our rules. Our acceptable use policy blocks banking, government and payment portals and outgoing SMTP, and fraud ends the account.
Yes, within limits: unused traffic is refundable within 72 hours of purchase if the proxies do not work for your target and support cannot fix it. Tell support your target and the error first, because a different city, a sticky session or a slower request rate fixes most issues.
