**Summary.** Our rule is simple: unused traffic is refundable within 72 hours of purchase if the proxies do not work for your target and support cannot fix it. Write to support@latamproxies.com with the exact amount and date of your top-up (never your account number); support first tries to fix the problem. Approved refunds are credited back to your account balance. Unused balance stays on your account and never expires, but it is not refundable. Used traffic, expired traffic and accounts closed for breaking the [Acceptable Use Policy](https://latamproxies.com/acceptable-use-policy/) are not refunded. Residential and rotating mobile traffic stays valid for 90 days from purchase, so you do not lose traffic you have not had time to use.

This policy is part of the [terms of service](https://latamproxies.com/terms/) of ProxyGoat LLC ("LatamProxies", "we"). Mandatory consumer rights that apply to you are not affected.

## When can I get a refund?

You can get a refund when all of these are true:

1. you ask within the time window set in our rule below;
2. the proxies do not work for your target, for example the target blocks every IP you get or connections fail;
3. our support team cannot fix the problem;
4. the traffic you ask us to refund has not been used.

In our own words: unused traffic is refundable within 72 hours of purchase if the proxies do not work for your target and support cannot fix it. Testing with the 1 GB plan at $2.63 before you buy a large plan is the easiest way to check your target. The small plan is paid from a $25 minimum top-up; the rest stays on your balance (never expires, non-refundable).

## What is not refundable?

We do not refund:

- traffic that has already been used;
- traffic that expired. Residential and rotating mobile traffic stays valid for 90 days from purchase;
- requests sent after the refund window;
- a change of mind when the proxies work for your target;
- problems caused by your own setup that support has explained how to fix;
- targets that are blocked by our [Acceptable Use Policy](https://latamproxies.com/acceptable-use-policy/), such as banks, government portals, payment portals and SMTP;
- accounts suspended or closed for breaking the terms or the Acceptable Use Policy;
- network fees of your original payment.

## How are dedicated 4G/5G ports handled?

Dedicated 4G/5G ports follow the same rule: ask within the same window, and only if the port does not work for your target and support cannot fix it. Dedicated ports depend on live modem stock per carrier; the dashboard shows free ports before you pay. If a port cannot be delivered after you paid, we offer another port or credit the full amount back to your balance. If a port stops working mid-period and cannot be fixed or replaced, the unused days are credited back to your balance pro rata.

## How do I request a refund?

Email support@latamproxies.com and include:

- the plan, and the exact amount and date of your top-up (never your account number);
- the target website and the problem you see (error code, timeout, block page);
- the username string you used, without the password.

Support will first try to fix the problem, for example with another city, a sticky session or different settings from the [proxy setup guide](https://latamproxies.com/guides/proxy-setup/). If it cannot be fixed, we confirm the refund amount.

## Where does a refund go?

Approved refunds are credited back to your LatamProxies account balance, at the US dollar price you paid for the unused part of the plan. You can use that balance at once for any other plan or country. Unused balance stays on your account and never expires, but it is not refundable: we do not send balance back to a wallet. Support confirms each refund by email; Email replies within 12 hours, 7 days a week.

## What about overpayments and failed orders?

If you sent more than the invoice amount, contact support with the amount and date of the top-up. We add the difference to your account balance. If a payment confirmed but the plan was not delivered, contact us: we deliver the plan or credit the full amount back to your balance. Funds sent on a network we do not support may not be recoverable; see the [terms of service](https://latamproxies.com/terms/).

## Refund questions

### Can I get a refund if the proxies do not work for my website?

Yes, within the refund window, if the traffic is unused and support cannot fix the problem. Our exact rule: unused traffic is refundable within 72 hours of purchase if the proxies do not work for your target and support cannot fix it. Email support@latamproxies.com with the exact amount and date of your top-up (never your account number), the target and the error you see.

### Do I need to verify my identity to get a refund?

No. We never ask for an ID, a selfie or documents, including for refunds. We need only the amount and date of your top-up and a description of the problem. No KYC — no ID, no selfie, no documents. Pay in crypto.

### In which currency is the refund paid?

Approved refunds are credited back to your LatamProxies balance, at the US dollar price you paid for the unused part. Unused balance stays on your account and never expires, but it is not refundable: we do not pay balance out to a wallet.

### Is expired traffic refunded?

No. Residential and rotating mobile traffic stays valid for 90 days from purchase. Traffic not used within that period expires and is not refunded. Choose a plan size you can use within that window; see the [pricing page](https://latamproxies.com/pricing/) for every tier.

### What if my account was closed for abuse?

Accounts closed for breaking the [Acceptable Use Policy](https://latamproxies.com/acceptable-use-policy/) or the terms do not receive a refund for unused traffic or port time. This includes fraud, attacks, spam, account takeover and attempts to reach blocked targets.

### How do I test before buying a big plan?

Buy the 1 GB plan for $2.63 and test your exact target, country and city first. If it works, larger plans cost less per GB, down to $0.50/GB. The [proxy setup guide](https://latamproxies.com/guides/proxy-setup/) shows how to test with cURL in a minute. The small plan is paid from a $25 minimum top-up; the rest stays on your balance (never expires, non-refundable).
