**Summary.** Latin American IPs without paperwork come with clear rules. LatamProxies asks for no ID, no selfie and no documents, and every customer agrees to the limits below. Bank, government and payment-portal targets are blocked. Outgoing SMTP is blocked. Fraud, spam, attacks and abuse of other people's accounts are forbidden. We investigate every abuse report, aim to act within 24 hours, and terminate accounts that break these rules, without refund.

This policy is part of the [terms of service](https://latamproxies.com/terms/) of ProxyGoat LLC ("LatamProxies", "we"). It applies to every account, plan and product: residential proxies, dedicated 4G/5G ports and rotating 4G/5G traffic.

## What may I use LatamProxies proxies for?

You may use LatamProxies for lawful activities that respect the websites you visit and the people whose data you handle. Typical allowed uses:

- collecting public data, such as prices, product listings and stock levels, for example on [Mercado Libre](https://latamproxies.com/use-cases/mercado-libre-price-monitoring/);
- SEO and search-result (SERP) tracking from local locations;
- [ad verification](https://latamproxies.com/use-cases/ad-verification/) and brand protection;
- market research and competitive analysis on public pages;
- managing social media accounts that you own or are authorised to manage;
- testing websites and apps from Latin American locations and networks;
- protecting your own privacy when browsing.

If you are not sure whether a use is allowed, ask support@latamproxies.com before you start.

## Which uses are forbidden?

You must not use LatamProxies, directly or through your own customers, for any of the following:

- **Fraud** of any kind: carding, payment fraud, refund or chargeback fraud, phishing, fake shops, investment or romance scams.
- **Account abuse**: account takeover, credential stuffing, password spraying, brute-force logins, session hijacking.
- **Fake accounts**: bulk account creation, account farming, fake reviews, fake engagement, bonus or promotion abuse.
- **Evasion**: ban evasion, bypassing identity or KYC checks of other services, receiving SMS verification codes for accounts you do not own.
- **Bots against limited sales**: sneaker, ticket or limited-stock purchasing bots.
- **Attacks**: DDoS, flooding, port scanning of third-party networks, vulnerability exploitation without written authorisation, malware distribution or command-and-control traffic.
- **Spam**: unsolicited bulk email, comment spam, messaging spam.
- **Illegal content**: child sexual abuse material, content that infringes copyright at scale, or content that is illegal where you or the target are located.
- **Personal data abuse**: collecting personal data without a legal basis, or in breach of data protection laws such as Brazil's LGPD or Mexico's LFPDPPP.
- **Sanctions breaches**: use by or for sanctioned persons, or any use that breaks applicable sanctions law.
- **Reselling** access to third parties who break this policy. If you resell, you are responsible for your customers' traffic.

## Which targets are blocked on the network?

Some targets are blocked at the gateway for every customer, whatever the plan:

- **Banks and financial institutions**: online banking, login and transfer portals.
- **Government portals**: tax, identity, social-security, immigration and other public-administration services.
- **Payment processors and payment portals**: card processors, payment gateways, wallets and their login or checkout pages.
- **Outgoing email**: SMTP is blocked, including ports 25, 465 and 587.

We update the block list over time and may block other targets that are repeatedly abused. Trying to get around a block, for example through redirects, tunnels or chained proxies, is a violation of this policy.

## What are my responsibilities as a customer?

You are responsible for all traffic sent through your account, including traffic from your scripts, your team and your own customers. In particular, you must:

- keep your account number, proxy username and password secret;
- respect the laws of your country and of the target's country;
- act as the controller of any personal data you collect, and comply with laws such as the LGPD (Brazil) or the LFPDPPP (Mexico);
- keep request rates reasonable so that you do not harm the websites you visit;
- answer our questions when we investigate an abuse report about your account.

## How does LatamProxies enforce this policy?

We act on abuse reports, on automated signals from the network and on our own checks. Depending on how serious the violation is, we may:

1. send a warning and ask you to stop or explain;
2. block a specific target for your account;
3. suspend the account while we investigate;
4. terminate the account permanently.

For serious violations, such as fraud, attacks, account takeover or illegal content, we terminate the account at once and without warning. Accounts terminated for a violation do not receive a refund for unused traffic or port time; see the [refund policy](https://latamproxies.com/refund-policy/). We may also refuse new purchases from anyone linked to a terminated account.

## How do I report abuse?

Send reports to abuse@latamproxies.com. Include the source IP, the date and time with time zone, the target and log lines that show the traffic. You do not need to be a customer. We aim to act on every report within 24 hours. More details are on the [contact page](https://latamproxies.com/contact/).

## How do we handle law-enforcement requests?

We cooperate with competent authorities that send a valid legal request to abuse@latamproxies.com. Requests are reviewed under the law of the State of Delaware, USA. We disclose only the data described in our [privacy policy](https://latamproxies.com/privacy/), within its retention periods: account number, optional email, payment transaction hashes and service records. We do not collect identity documents, so we cannot provide them. Where the law allows, we tell the customer about the request. Emergency requests involving a risk to life are handled first.

## Can this policy change?

Yes. We may update this policy, for example to add blocked targets or new forbidden practices. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. Changes apply from the date of publication. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new version.

## Questions about the Acceptable Use Policy

### Why does a no-KYC proxy provider need an Acceptable Use Policy?

No KYC means privacy, speed and no paperwork. It does not mean no rules. The policy protects the people behind the IPs, the websites you visit and other customers. Blocked targets, blocked SMTP and fast abuse handling keep the network usable for legitimate work like price monitoring and ad verification.

### Can I use LatamProxies to access my own bank account?

No. Bank, government and payment-portal targets are blocked for every customer, including for your own accounts. Use your normal connection for banking and public services. The block exists because these targets are the most common goal of fraud through proxies.

### Can I send email through LatamProxies proxies?

No. Outgoing SMTP is blocked, including ports 25, 465 and 587. This prevents spam from being sent through home and mobile connections. You can still reach webmail interfaces over HTTPS for accounts you own, within this policy.

### Is web scraping allowed?

Yes, scraping public data is allowed: prices, listings, stock levels, search results and ad placements. You must keep request rates reasonable and respect data protection laws. If you collect personal data, you are its controller and must have a legal basis under laws such as the LGPD or the LFPDPPP.

### What happens if my account breaks the policy?

Depending on the case, we warn you, block a target, suspend the account or terminate it. Serious violations such as fraud, attacks or account takeover lead to immediate termination, without refund. We may also refuse new purchases from people linked to a terminated account.

### Do you share customer data with the police?

We answer valid legal requests from competent authorities under the law of the jurisdiction where we operate. We can only share the data we hold, listed in the [privacy policy](https://latamproxies.com/privacy/): account number, optional email, payment transaction hashes and service records within their retention periods. We never collect ID documents.
